Active top layer media

The third layer on top of the catalyst is mostly made from active NiMo or CoMo material. This top grading is used as an activated guard media for catalyst beds to protect the catalyst. This media provided a high void faction allowing particles contained in the feed to distribute evenly within its layer.

No application is the same. The actual specification of the active top layer will be customized to suit your application. Beside the production of the top grading, MTE is also able to provide technical advice and loading proposals.
