Since 2005 MTE produces trays and tower internals in The Netherlands. In 2009 our production location is extended with 5 packing production lines. We excel at design, manufacture and delivery. Efficiency, dynamism and delivery of premium quality goods and services to all range of customers, are our core management beliefs and practices.
MTE Process technology is specialized in the design and supply of mass transfer equipment. The equipment is supplied as commodity items or on a fully custom designed basis, categorized below.

To achieve optimum performance from a packed bed, we offer a wide range of high performance random packing in different types of materials, sizes and styles. Futhermore we developed basic engineering standards for the design and manufacture of high performance packed column internals, based upon many years of installation experience and industry feedback.

MTE Process technology supplies a complete scope of trays for trayed columns, available in segmental or cartridge type, constructed to suit our clients’ requirements. Additionally we provide tray hardware, also available on site via our on-site container service.

We supply the appropriate droplet separator for every special application. Demister pads provide effective mist elimination over a range of vapor rates compatible with normal packed column operation. For high gas velocities or low pressure drop requirements, we supply van type demisters.

The capacity and efficiency of mass transfer and heat exchange columns primarily relies on the right construction and selection of the column internals. MTE has many years of experience in designing and manufacturing of packed column internals and trays according to the latest developments, finding an efficient and economic solution for your application.

Production

MTE has two modern production facilities. The production of mass transfer equipment is realized in Staphorst, a city located in the north east of The Netherlands. In this region we benefit from the knowledge of metalworking, which is available since more than half a century. Among others, this benefit enables us to find a technical solution for most mass transfer applications.

Quality control

After completion of the production, each internal is tested in our test facility to insure it meets the required specifications. All internals are tested to guarantee their performance. In cooperation with our plastic workshop we are able to build a test environment which suits the client’s specifications.
We are also responsible for all materials used in production. Samples of raw material, material certifications, etc. are all being processed and well documented.
