Metal C-ring

The Metal C-ring is commonly used in applications such as gas hydration, glycol absorbing, bio gas and chemical washing. Due to its cylindrical axis in the vertical plane, the open sides allows a free passage for gas flows. The form of this Metal C- ring creates a low pressure drop and a higher transit for smaller column diameters and fan size in new installations.

With a very high mechanical strength, large quantities Metal C-rings can be used in deep packed beds, which result in a higher and more efficient hydraulic capacity. Because of the horizontal and vertical shape, the Metal C-ring is very resistant against fouling. This increases the capacity of the packed beds as well.
