Moving valve trays

Valve trays are standard trays using moving valves and fixed valves in the openings for the upcoming gas stream. The trays are suitable for a wide range of applications, where turndown ratio is critical.

Moving valve trays with their variable vertical movements makes this type of valve tray suitable for a wide variety of processes, depending on the leg length of the valve. With an high hydraulic turndown ratio, moving tray valves reduces the tendency to weep in low-pressure conditions by closing of the valves. By using different kind of materials for the valves and installion of the valves on the deck, turndown ratio of the moving valve trays will even increase more.
